The menu for C was
Crawfish salad (from Whole Foods) on crackers
Corn on the cob: From the farmer's market in Union Square. Boiled for 5-7 minutes in a pot.
Panfried catfish: Soaked in milk for 10 minutes, then patted with flour and pepper and fried in vegetable oil.
Coleslaw: Cabbage, carrots, cucumbers and radishes chopped, with mayo, vinegar, and pepper.
Coffee milkshakes! Gimme Coffee (Kenyan) and Whole Foods vanilla ice cream
